The service provided by Kevin was thorough, professional, prompt and above expectations. He took the time to walk us through the home so we would know all the workings and any concerns about the entire property. He definitely knew his field and his report was very detailed. Communicated mostly through texts but when I did get to actually talk to him, he was very forthcoming with the information I wanted. Well worth having him doing my inspection in order to have some leverage in closing. I'm sure he's a busy guy but I would have liked to speak with him before the inspection and that is the only reason for the 4.5 on Customer Service.
