Do I Need an Inspection if I'm Buying a New Home?
A lot of people
think that when you buy a brand new home you do not need an inspection.
nothing that could be further from the truth.
inspected thousands of new homes and found major items in almost every one. This home had a
GFCI circuit that was not wired properly or the device was bad or both. It sounds like
that it is not that big of a deal but in fact it is a life safety item.
